Rick Bryce had been involved in technology and online services before Microsoft was born. He was originally an Apple user, but Rick saw that the real estate industry was going Microsoft so his Century-21 Real Estate firm made the decision. Rick purchased his Premium 286 computer that took two men to carry into his office. It had a 20 meg (yes meg, not gig or terabyte) and two floppy drives. It cost him $4,000 for his first computer. He was the 1st automated Century-21 franchisee in the State of Virginia.
